-ADW Launcher:

ADW Settings > Themes > Leaf Icons theme > Apply

-Apex Launcher:

-Go Launcher EX:

Themes > Installed -> Leaf Icons -> Apply

-Nova Launcher:

Nova Settings -> Look and feel -> Icon Theme -> Leaf Icons theme
